With a career that began in Brazil, Shay's international experience has given him a deep understanding of diverse markets, enabling him to bridge the gap between North and South American investors and businesses. His client portfolio spans multinational corporations, local entrepreneurs, and various sectors, including industrial, office, and retail spaces. Notable clients include P&G, Volkswagen, Iron Mountain, Banco Itau, D1 Capital, and The Praedium Group.

Shay is known for his client-centric approach and expertise in developing tailored real estate strategies that optimize results and maximize value. His in-depth market analysis and exceptional negotiation skills consistently help clients secure favorable lease terms, prime properties, and lucrative investments.

Dedicated to staying current with industry trends, Shay serves on the Board of Directors for the International Executive Resources Group (IERG) and hosts the Miami Bitcoin Meet-up. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Texas Tech University as a tennis scholarship athlete and an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
